We have a 48-Hour Cancellation Policy. If you wish to cancel or modify a reservation, you must do so by 3 PM 48-hours or 2 days prior to your arrival date. Internet reservations must be cancelled over the Internet 24 hours prior to guests stay to avoid penalty. The penalty will represent the guest’s room and tax for the first night’s stay. If you cancel or modify post the expiration of the Cancellation Period or you fail to show up, a no-show charge will be levied on your credit card for one full night plus tax. Non-refundable reservations cannot be canceled or modified - total reservation amount will be charged in case of cancellation or no-show.

Premier Inns Concord is located at 1581 Concord Avenue. We are easily accessed from Highway 242 and offer an ideal home-base for visiting San Francisco, Oakland, Berkeley, and the surrounding Bay Area Cities and attractions.

Children are welcome!  Children 17 and younger stay free when occupying the same room with an adult family member. Each additional child or adult is charged a nightly fee of USD 6 per person, per night when using existing beds. We have no capacity for extra beds in our rooms.  Rollaway beds and cribs are not available.
 

Pets

ADA Defined Service Animals are welcome at our hotel. We are also pet-friendly! One well-behaved pet per room is permitted. Service animals always allowed.  
•    Pets must be declared at check-in. 
•    In consideration of all E-Z 8/Premier Inns guests, pets must be attended at all times. 
•    Pets should never be left alone in a room or automobile.
•     Larger animals may be refused at the discretion of management.
•    If a pet is left unattended in the room, we will not clean due to safety concerns for our employees and the pet. 
•    Guests may be asked to vacate the property if their pet becomes a nuisance to other guests.
•    Pets must be on a leash or properly carried outside guest rooms. 
•    When walking pets on the property, please be considerate of other guests and clean up after your pet.

This property is privately owned, and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. Your credit card is not charged at the time of reservation and is used as a guarantee that a room will be held in advance of your arrival. Your credit card will be charged only if pre-payment is required for a specific rate, or in the event that you do not cancel your reservation within the stated cancellation time period and do not check in. All linens are inventoried: missing or damaged linens will be charged.  Any damages to hotel property will be charged an additional fee upon assessment.
